2nd Day of New Life

The Arrival of My Little Angel

21 Apr 2007, Sat

1030: Visited gynae, Dr Tan & decided to start the induction with 1.5cm dilation. Prostin was inserted.
1430: Admitted to hospital without any contractions.
1940: Gynae came. I was only 2.5cm dilated & still no contraction. I was put on Pitoxin drip. Contractions started almost immediately & i asked for epidural.
2045: Dr Lau, the Anesthetist arrived. Process of epidural started & i felt the pain relief after 30mins.
2230: I pain like hell & felt like epidural didn't work at all. Dr Lau was called back to ensure that epidural was functioning well.
2340: Dr Lau checked & confirmed epidural was well administered. He asked midwive to check for dilation. Suprise, i was fully dilated & ready to give birth.

22 Apr 2007, Sun

0010: Dr Tan came & performed episiotomy.
0030: Finally, my baby girl, Sapphira Chang has touched down the earth, weighing 3.25kg & 50cm.

Clothes for the Little One

Finally, i got all my baby's clothes washed. Sets of small clothes added to the wardrobe!

2nd Year of Wedding Anniversary

2 years ago of today, I married to a guy that I've been dating for more than 8 years. You know who he is, right? And for tonight, we have a candlelight dinner at ChezPapa, a french restaurant in JB. I received a bouquet of 12 roses from hubby. Hmm, wondering when i will get 99 roses...

Happy Valentine's Day!

I was sick since yesterday. So, went to see my gynae today & was given mc. Glad that he did a 4D scan on my baby. Baby is so naughty! She uses her hand to cover her face. Then, she opens & closes her mouth repeatedly. I guess this is the most precious valentine's gift i ever had! Baby weight is 1900gm.

3rd Trimester

Yes! I make it to 3rd trimester! At 29 weeks, my baby weight is 1274gm. Guess what? I can feel my baby having hiccup everyday, sometimes twice a day. Her kicking is getting stronger too.

My Birthday

Today is my xx-years young birthday and 28 weeks of pregnancy ! Indulged myself with St. Loius pork ribs
at Cafe Cartel. 2nd part, mud pie dessert at Coffee Club.
